WSU’s Student Care Network is dedicated to supporting student success across the system through access to resources and early intervention. Each WSU location has a designated Student Care Team comprised of professionals who can recommend appropriate resources and services that can help students succeed. 

Submitting a Care Network Referral

The Student Care Network can help when you have a concern about a student’s well-being, behavior, academic performance, or access to financial, food, or housing assistance. Please submit a referral to your colleagues via the Student Care Network. Students can also use this form as a way to reach out for themselves or others. We will contact whoever submitted the form to gather additional information, talk about the situation, and identify the next steps. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.

Phase II COVID-19 Financial Assistance 

Important Update:  Effective October 9, 2020, Washington State University has exhausted all CARES Act emergency funding for students. 

If you are experiencing hardship due to extenuating emergency circumstances, financial assistance may be available. Please fill out the form by clicking on the link below. Non-federal sources are providing these funds.
