Adding Components 

You can add a variety of specific content elements either through the task bar at the top of the rich text editor or using a macro.

Buttons

You can easily add "Call to Action" buttons to your content by clicking on the macro button.

  • Click on the add content box at the bottom of a column. 
  • Choose "macro",
  • Choose "InsertButton"
  • Type the name of your button
  • Set up a link
  • Enter the button size: small, medium, or large. 
  • Click save

Tables

To add a table, click on the table icon in the task bar at the top of the Rich text editor.

  • Hover over the table and highlight the number of rows and columns that you will need. 
  • Enter your heading and content 

  • To make sure that the top row is accurately labeled as a header row, 

  • select the cells in the the top row with your cursor
  • hover over row
  • select row properties
  • set the row type to Header
  • set the alignment

To make sure the headings meet accessibility standards, highlight the cells in the header row again. 

  • Hover over cell in the table dropdown
  • Select cell properties.
  • Set cell type to "header cell" 
  • Set scope to "column"
